❤️ PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY ❤️
On this page you will find the details for the organized activities.
After browsing these, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to build your schedule.
Please fill out one form per person, because we will use this for capacity and food planning.
🚩 Leaders 🚩
Each activity has a leader in charge of managing the reservation and ensuring there is adequate transportation for everyone. They will be able to answer logistics questions/etc much better than Clayton or Kyra will. They will also use your contact info from this form to give updates if something changes.
Some activities still need leaders! Text Clayton or Kyra if you want to volunteer!
🕒 Scheduling 🕒
The listed times indicate when the groups leave and arrive back the campsite. Driving time from Saddle Mountain has been budgeted in. The schedule may change, but probably not by much.
🚗 Off-site campers 🚗
If you are staying off-site, you need to meet your activity group at Saddle Mountain or arrange your own transportation to the activity. Please don't make activity leaders come get you.
💲 Fees 💲
Somebody told us that California is expensive, and well, they're right! So in order to provide an equitable experience, we will subsidize 50% of activity fees for campers who are ballin' on a budget. No payback, no questions asked, just let us crash on your couch sometime.

The place is huge and dense with amazing stuff to see. They even have a sunfish! And there's a cool little patio thing where you can interact with rescued sea birds. Also, this is the aquarium featured in Finding Dory!
Lunch: Grab lunch in Monterey at one of the awesome local spots.
Price: $85, but we think it's worth it. You can also grab that 50% subsidy mentioned at the top of this page.

Friday, August 22nd 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Carmel Valley is known for its wine, so we are obliged to offer a little wine tasting party while we have a little rehearsal with the bridal party.
Hosted by Lori, mother of the groom.
Saturday, August 23rd 7:30 - 9:00 AM
In typical Kyra fashion, the bride would like to cordially invite you to join her on a morning run from camp to Carmel. The route is ~7 miles and relatively flat.
Follow it up with a quick coffee and ~treat~ from a local coffee shop
Everyone will drive back to the campsite together to continue breakfasting with the rest of the camp.
Saturday, August 23rd 1:00 - 3:00 PM
Unfortunately there are no pickleball courts at the camp site, so Sanket will have to host a tournament for the slightly-more-ridiculous sport of Cornhole.
